Terms of Service 2026

By purchasing an illustration from me, you automatically agree with the following lines. These conditions can change at any time. If you have any question or concern, feel free to contact me on one of my social medias.

I will draw

  • Animals (mainly canines/felines)

  • Pets

  • Fantasy creatures/monsters

  • Anthro

  • Soft gore

I won't draw

  • Humans

  • Robots

  • NSFW

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Anything degrading towards a person/community

Feel free to ask if you have a specific request for something that is not specified in the lists below. However, I will never draw something degrading (towards someone or a community), nor will I imitate the style of another artist.

General informations

  • I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • I retain all rights to my artworks. It means I can post it on my social networks or promote myself using your commission.

  • You have to provide a clear reference sheet for your commission. If you don't have any, I can accept artworks of your character as long as everything is legible.

  • You are not allowed to use my art for commercial purpose. You can repost and use it wherever you want as long as you credit me.

  • You are not allowed to use your artwork for AI training nor use it for anything related to NFT's or cryptocurrency.

  • My commissions take between 1 week and 3 months to complete depending on the queue and my daily life. Feel free to ask for updates whenever you feel the need.

Payment methods and refunds

  • I always take the full payment beforehand or right after the sketch approval.

  • Payment plans can be discussed depending on the commission type and final price.

  • The payment is done via paypal invoices. I can also accept bank transfer depending on the situation.

  • Changes can be made during the sketch part. I can charge extra fees if you want to change something after this part.

  • If any mistake is made, I'll always modify your artwork for free.

  • You can ask for a refund before I start working on your commission. No more refunds will be possible after the sketch approval.

  • A total refund will be send if i'm not able to finish your commission (even if this case is extremely rare).

  • Work in progress (wip) are always sent for each step. If you want to keep them secret and only see the final artwork, let me know.

  • Do NOT send me any form of payment without my consent.

Adoptables and designs

  • I retain all rights to the original ARTWORK I've created. It means I can still use it to promote my work even after your purchase.

  • You are not allowed to use the adoptable for anything degrading.

  • Resells are allowed as long as it doesn't exceed the amount you bought it for (except if there are extra artworks for it).

  • I do not refund adoptables.

  • Contact me before reselling a design/adopt.

  • You are not allowed to claim the design as your own.

  • You are allowed to make minor/major modifications on the design as long as it's recognable.
